The above is the link for downloading the zip pack NHM_Unicode_Tamil99.zip containing 4 files: Bugs fixed Tamil_Unicode_Tamil99.xml, Tamil_Unicode_Tamil99-Extended.xml, ReadMe.txt and Changelog.txt. Click the link and save the zip file to your hard disk. (It is only 20 kB). Then extract the contents of the zip pack into a folder of your choice and read the ReadMe.txt file for descriptions and instructions.
This zip file for downloading will be kept in the shown link only till the modifications included in the files are adopted into the official releases of NHM. This contents in this page may change as and when newer modifications are introduced by me in future.
